What we collect
Contact form. Name, email address, and message are used to respond to you, and for no other purpose. Retention period: 12 months after our last exchange. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to your request (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your message reaches us by email through Resend, Inc., a U.S. email delivery provider that participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Audience measurement. We count visits with Plausible, a tool we host ourselves. It does not place any cookies, does not store your IP address or any identifier, and does not track a visitor from one site to another: we only see totals (pages viewed, source, device type). Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding site traffic.
Cookies
This site does not place advertising or tracking cookies, and therefore does not display a consent banner. If that changes (advertising, embedded videos or maps, share buttons), a consent tool will be put in place beforehand.
Server logs. Like any web server, ours records the IP address, the page requested, the date, and the browser type for each visit. These logs are used only for security and to keep the site running, and are deleted after 14 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the site.
Hosting and delivery
The site is hosted by OVH in France. All its pages and images pass through Cloudflare, Inc., a U.S. company that protects the site against attacks and speeds up loading; to do so, Cloudflare processes visitors’ IP addresses. For visitors in the European Union, this transfer to the United States is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Cloudflare participates.
We do not sell or share personal information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents: we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA.
Children’s privacy
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the European Union, these rights are provided under the GDPR, and you may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page.
